Panoramic photography can be used to produce VR tours  online as either Flash or HTML5. Users can control the viewer with iPhones by simply moving it around. We always shoot HDRI's and tonemap them to balence exposure. They can also be used in CGI for environment maps.

Photography has evolved, and the lines between the real world and the virtual world have been blurred. But first and foremost we’re photographers, trained by photographers. And this solid grounding in the physical world can be merged with digital techniques.

We progressed from photography to image manipulation as the industry evolved, but felt restricted by only being able to comp together what photographers could shoot. Now CGI allows us to create virtual elements from scratch, and add to our photographic scenes.

Now we can create images from nothing more than an idea. We use texture mapping and environment maps, which we shoot ourselves, to add real-world light to our images.

Working closely with creative agencies, we often supply elements which will be animated for use online. We shoot panoramic 360º images for use in VR tours, we render scenes with alpha masks for Flash programmers, and we capture HD footage with our Canon 5D MK2s.
